Summary

Work Experience

• Provide IT operation support mainly for ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) system, and other projects and clients;
• Work with various stakeholders: business users, ETRM vendor, Azure infrastructure engineers from Mitsui & Co. Tokyo and Singapore headquarters, to ensure smooth operation of ETRM system;
• Collaborate with other teams to support other projects and clients;
• Periodic & ad-hoc reporting to stakeholders, such as monthly service report, monthly security log review, and incident report when system trouble is encountered;
• Assist communication between Management, users, and IT vendors for mutual understanding of issues;
• Be the communication hub for reporting system issues and status update to Management with high-level, clear, and concise explanation with non-technical language;
• Manage system issues reported by users, and follow up with relevant parties such as IT vendors and Azure infrastructure engineer to resolve system issue;
• Perform technical tasks, such as troubleshooting and applying of fixes released by IT vendors for application issues;
• Support project team by coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) with users and report on issues identified during UAT;
• Support IT audits by providing evidence such system logs, and UAT results.
